May 17: National A/PI HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

The Asian Health Coalition of Illinois, Asian Human Services and the Chicago Department of Public Health will mark May 17—National Asian and Pacific Islander ( API ) HIV/AIDS Awareness Day—with free testing, dramatizations of how APIs are affected by HIV/AIDS and a forum with keynote speaker Dr. Terry Mason, commissioner of the Chicago Department of Public Health.

The event will take place at the Truman College student cafeteria, 1145 W. Wilson, room 1176, 3-6 p.m.
