Howard Brown's annual A Taste for Every Palate event took place May 19 at the Museum of Contemporary Art, 220 E. Chicago. Simone Koehlinger, director of the Office of LGBT Health in the Chicago Department of Public Health, received the Cornerstone Award. Participating vendors—and there were over two dozen—included Ann Sather restaurant, Kit Kat Lounge & Supper Club and J&L Catering. Among other event highlights were a silent auction and 'Post Office,' where attendees wore numbers and others could leave messages for the person ( s ) of their choice.
