BEHIV's benefit raises $2,000

HIV/AIDS agency Better Existence with HIV ( BEHIV ) hosted a number of events in the afternoon on Sunday, Sept. 7, benefiting its massage-therapy program. The event, the 2nd Annual Bar Day in Andersonville and Edgewater, raised over $2,000 to support BEHIV's important massage-therapy program.

Participating bars included @mosphere, Big Chicks, Glenwood, Jackhammer, Ravenswood Pub, SoFo, Star Gaze, T's and Touché. Additionally, La cocina de Frida donated 10 percent of its brunch sales from the day to BEHIV.
