Chicago film to premiere at Outfest

Chicago film production company Yellow Wing Productions has announced that its feature documentary Fish out of Water will premiere at Outfest: The Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. The film, which dissects the seven Bible verses used to condemn homosexuality and justify marriage discrimination, will screen at the Fairfax Theater, Saturday, July 18, at 7:30 p.m.

Outfest is the oldest continuous film festival in Southern California. Since its founding in 1982, the festival has presented more than 4,500 films and videos for over half a million people, premiering documentaries such as The Times of Harvey Milk, Trembling Before God and Paris is Burning.
