Redmoon Theater returns to its outdoor spectacle collaborations with the Chicago Park District with a brand new show.

Spectacle '09: Last of My Species The Fearless Songs of Laarna Cortaan is billed as part pop concert and part theatrical event. Spectacle '09 features Norwegian diva Laarna Cortaan with Redmoon's armory of imaginative sets and mechanical objects. Spectacle '09 plays just south of Belmont Harbor in Lincoln Park ( pedestrian access at Barry Avenue ) . Performances continue at 7 p.m. on Sept. 10-13.
