DIFFA/Chicago ( The Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS ) presented grants to 28 HIV/AIDS service agencies Feb. 23 at the Chase Auditorium, 10 S. Dearborn. Among the recipients were Northwestern Memorial Fellowship, Chicago House, Asian Human Services, Center on Halsted, Project VIDA and AIDS Legal Council of Chicago. DIFFA/Chicago's Excellence in Care Awards granting program has awarded more than $2.5 million dollars since 1987.
