Angelique Munro
Age: 53

Munro was born a male but always felt she was a woman. She has donated her performing talents to numerous Chicago groups. "Oh I think I always knew as a child that I was meant to be a girl. I’ve always felt a hole of emptiness inside me," Munro said. "Perhaps I was put on this earth to educate, inspire others to accept themselves for who they were meant to be. Let them know and realize it’s okay to be you! With no pretending, no secrets, no shame. Trust me your life will be much healthier, the pressure will be lifted off your shoulders. Just embrace your true self and not fight it."
